Controller and infrastructure

The website controller is SOVY WEB LLC, PSRN 1247700071948, TIN 9705217217, KPP 772601001, registered address: 115191, Moscow, Dukhovskoy Lane, 17, building 15, premises 11N/2.

The website, backend, PostgreSQL, GitLab, technical logs, backups and internal AI module are hosted on server equipment owned by SOVY WEB LLC at the company's office in the Russian Federation. Access to data is limited to authorized SOVY WEB LLC employees within their job duties.

External data center operators, hosting providers, CRMs, external AI providers, monitoring services and technical support contractors are not connected to the website's personal data.

Engaged processor

YANDEX 360 FOR BUSINESS LLC, TIN 9704259180, KPP 770401001, provides Yandex 360 corporate email for receiving and storing messages sent to info@owlwebstudio.com, responding to inquiries and conducting business correspondence.

The service processes the sender's address, name, phone number and company when included in the message, message content and attachments, and technical headers. Processing takes place in the Russian Federation.

Data is retained for up to three years after the inquiry or contract ends, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.

Website data retention

Contact form and guest chat data is initially received by the SOVY WEB LLC server in the Russian Federation.

An inquiry that does not lead to a contract and guest chat history are retained for no more than 90 days; server technical logs for no more than 30 days; and browser chat history for no more than 30 days.

Cross-border transfers

SOVY WEB LLC does not transfer personal data collected through the website across borders and does not provide remote access to it from outside the Russian Federation. Public availability of the website abroad does not itself constitute a transfer of personal data to a foreign recipient.

Before engaging a foreign recipient, permitting foreign administrative access or using foreign infrastructure, SOVY WEB LLC will update this list and comply with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Changes to the list

The list is updated before a new party is engaged if it receives personal data.
